About Walnut Hills of Bartlett

Welcome to Walnut Hills, a residential community located in Bartlett, Illinois.

Walnut Hills was developed as a planned residential community consisting of single-family homes, common areas, three community ponds, wooded conservancy areas, and open spaces that help preserve the natural beauty, wildlife habitat, and character of the neighborhood.

The Walnut Hills Homeowners Association is a not-for-profit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners of the community. The Association is responsible for maintaining common areas, preserving neighborhood standards, managing community resources, and protecting property values for all residents.

Governance

The Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by homeowners. Board members serve the community by managing Association business, overseeing finances, establishing policies, and ensuring compliance with the Association’s governing documents.

Professional Management

Walnut Hills is professionally managed by McGill Property Management, which assists the Board with homeowner communications, assessments, architectural requests, record keeping, and day-to-day Association operations.
