🦟 Mosquito Abatement
Walnut Hills participates in a seasonal mosquito control program through Clarke Mosquito Control and Management designed to help reduce mosquito activity within Association common areas, natural areas, and conservancy spaces throughout the community.
Mosquito treatments are performed on a scheduled basis during the season and focus on Association-maintained areas.
Residents experiencing mosquito concerns on private property or in areas outside of Association-maintained common areas may also contact the Northwest Mosquito Abatement District (NWMAD) directly to report mosquito activity, standing water concerns, or potential breeding locations for investigation.

📱Helpful Resource for Bartlett Residents
The Village of Bartlett offers Bartlett Connect, a free app that allows you to report non-emergency concerns directly to the Village 24/7. Whether it’s a pothole, streetlight outage, damaged sign, or another Public Works issue, you can submit a request, attach photos, pinpoint the location, and track the status of your request.
One feature I really like is that you can also receive real-time notifications and Village memos as they’re sent out, helping you stay informed about important updates, road closures, emergencies, and other community announcements.
The Village’s “Stay Connected” page also includes links to all of their official social media accounts, making it easy to stay up to date.
I always think it’s a good idea to have resources like this saved before you need them.

Just another helpful resource I wanted to pass along to our Walnut Hills neighbors!
